"Felt rushed and not really heard"
I left feeling like the whole appointment was rushed and like my concerns weren’t really being listened to. The bedside manner wasn’t great, and I didn’t feel cared for during the visit.

I got charged and couldn’t figure out what it was even for. Maybe I missed some tiny fine print buried somewhere, but it definitely felt like one of those “make it confusing so people don’t question it” situations. Not saying there’s a whole scheme going on... but it was weird enough to make me wonder. Not cool.

I think the membership price is just too high for what’s included. Compared to other similar memberships I’ve tried, this one doesn’t really feel like it offers enough value to justify the cost.

"Works fine, but the navigation can feel like a mini adventure"
The app does what it’s supposed to do, so no major disaster there. But every now and then, trying to find my way around feels more dramatic than it needs to be, like I’m on a quest just to get to the right screen. It’s okay overall, just a bit clunky at times

I’ve been trying to log in, but the app just keeps crashing over and over. It’s really frustrating, and it kind of feels like nobody is taking the issue seriously. I just want to be able to use the app without it closing on me every time.

I tried using yourfuzzy.com, and umm, the navigation was frustrating for me. The menus felt confusing, and I kept clicking around just to find basic info. A few pages didn’t take me where I thought they would, so maybe it works fine for other people, but I ended up giving up fast.

"Didn’t really feel trustworthy"
I tried yourfuzzy.com, and to be honest, it just didn’t give me a great feeling.
The information on the site felt vague, and I couldn’t find enough real proof or reassurance to feel comfortable using it for anything related to my pet. I also reached out with a message, but the reply made it feel like nobody actually read what I wrote, which didn’t help my confidence at all.
Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me it felt a little off. I wouldn’t feel comfortable using it again

"Couldn’t Find a Time That Worked"
I tried booking an appointment with YourFuzzy, but there were hardly any times available. The few slots I did see didn’t fit my schedule, and checking back later didn’t really change anything. It was frustrating because I actually needed help and couldn’t even get something set up. I ended up looking elsewhere. Has anyone else had the same issue with getting an appointment?

I ordered from yourfuzzy.com and the delivery just kept getting delayed with barely any clear updates. It finally showed up way later than they said it would, and something about it just left me really frustrated. I probably won’t order again if I can’t trust when it’s actually going to arrive...

I had a bit of a rough start with yourfuzzy.com — the first few replies felt generic, and I ended up repeating the same details more than once, which got frustrating fast.
Once I asked for it to be escalated, someone else stepped in and actually helped get the issue fixed. It took longer than I would’ve liked, but it did get sorted out in the end. Not terrible, just not the smoothest experience.

"Account setup was annoying at first"
I tried making an account on Fuzzy Pet Health it was kind of a pain. The email code took forever to show up, and one of the pages kept loading weird on my phone. I was getting irritated... but then it finally worked and I was like, okay, whatever, that wasn’t the end of the world. Still, it definitely took longer than it should have for a first-time setup.

I waited two full weeks and still, no package showed up. Annoying it was, especially since I kept checking for updates and nothing really changed.

Ugh. I asked for a refund and it took way longer than it should have. Support would send these super short replies, then just disappear for a while. Annoying. I did eventually get my money back, so that part worked out, but the whole experience left a bad taste.

"Vet advice was a little too basic for me"
I tried YourFuzzy when I had a concern about my pet, but the advice felt vague. It was mostly common-sense stuff I had already thought of, so I still ended up making an appointment with my regular vet. I can see it being fine for quick, minor questions, but if something seems even remotely serious, I’d rather have my pet checked in person.
